Prototypes for the next collection are slowly coming together.
The e-commerce website is still a work in progress but it is coming along nicely, despite all the late nights and massive amounts of coffee!
When I started the brand, I vowed that I would pay attention to design and details at all levels of operations – and this included the logo, printed collateral, the box and of course, the website.
I’m currently reading “The Zappos Experience: 5 Ways to Inspire, Engage and Wow” by Joseph A. Michelli. It writes about the manifesto on how Zappos completely blew away the standard of delivering a consumer-centric experience and this has helped me to understand how to achieve a little of that Zappos magic. Which means, working harder to translate and deliver the magic to you through the brand’s customer service ethos.
